I can run slowly for sustained periods of time.

As I get older, I slowly began to realize that things don't just happen by magic.  Change happens by people that are focusing on improvement in their local community.

Chess is a wonderful game when I am winning. If I can break an 1800 rating in my lifetime.  I'll be a happy man.
